I bet'cha those living in colder climates are snowing right now! How's it? Did it snow a blizzard? Well, I dunno, I live in a tropical country soo..call me naive xD. Anyways, I know all of you had your up's and your down's this year and thinking about them makes you a little in the blue, right? I had my share as well so in today's blog post, I will be giving you ways on how to be move happy, more self-assured for the coming year(s)!
Step 1:Reflect on your happiest memories all through out your years. Think of all the times that you spent laughing, smiling genuinely with others and with yourself. I hope those memories help you find peace within yourself and keep you looking forward for the coming years to come. Besides, you wouldn't want to make your younger and more cheerful self sad, right?

Step 4: Be your own person. Brilliant minds think alike but are not alike at the same time. While it's okay to get inspiration from others, it's also important for you to have individuality. It's alright if you don't share the same perception with your peers but, remember to be civil about your point-of-views. Who knows in the near future, you will be a role model to other people, youth and old alike.
Step 5: Create. Everyone is an artist in their own ways, Pick up hobbies you love or interest you, be it arts, journalism, sports and music these passions are your portraits of emotion even if you don't realize it sooner. Doing these will make you feel good and better about yourself.
